IPL Emits light wavelengths in a range between 550 and 1100 nm. These target the peaks in the absorption of hemoglobin and oxyhemoglobin. Melanin also shows significant absorption in this wavelength. The absorbed light is converted into heat, which destroys excess melanocytes and telangiectasias and thus results in a more even skin tone. In addition, a reduction in pore size, improved skin texture and luminosity are observed, resulting in a smoother and more youthful complexion. ILGTM (Interchangeable Light Guide): provides speed, precision and better protection of the epidermis against massive overheating. ILG also allows for better positioning for specific areas, such as a small red vein on the nose or a large hair removal spot on the back.
